How to make Protein Rich Peanut Masala Chaat:

To make the dish, we need peanuts, onion, cucumber, tomato, green chili, fresh coriander, chaat masala, Kashmiri red chili powder, black salt, salt and lemon juice,

  • Roast the raw peanuts lightly. You can also deep fry or dry roast peanuts.
  • Now when the color of the peanuts turns golden, put it on the tissue paper and keep it to cool down.
  • Meanwhile, take chopped onion, tomato and cucumber in a bowl. You can add green chilies and chopped coriander as per your taste.
  • Add chaat masala and Kashmiri red chili powder to the mixture. After this add black salt, salt and lemon juice to it.
  • mix all the ingredients. To complete the chaat, add peanuts at the end and serve immediately.

  • Take chopped onion, tomato, green chili, fresh chopped coriander in a bowl. Add chaat masala, salt and lemon juice. mix everything well
  • You can use any size papad to make masala papad. Roast the papad on the pan so that the papad is flat, otherwise you can deep fry it.
  • Take papad and grease both the sides with oil. Papad is now ready. Sprinkle some chaat masala and red chili powder on the papad.
  • After this, pour the prepared mixture of onion, tomato, green chili and coriander over the papad.
  • You can also pour grated paneer over the papad and garnish with sev or finely chopped coriander leaves.
