How to Make Protein Rich Flaxseed Chutney to Enhance Your Meal

Chef Anahita took to Instagram to share the recipe and wrote, “This flaxseed chutney is an extremely versatile and highly nutritious spice blend that comes together quickly and easily. It’s also made from flaxseed and other spices as a nut. Bursting with flavour.You can have this chutney with anything from your daily lunch to adding a pinch to lassi.Let’s take a look at the recipe.

How to make Alsi Ki Chutney – Recipe by Chef Anahita Dhondi:

material:

  • a quarter cup flaxseeds
  • 2 tbsp sesame
  • 2-3 whole dry red chilies
  • 6-8 garlic cloves
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tsp cumin powder

method:

  1. Fry linseed, red chilli, garlic and sesame seeds one by one in separate pans till a dry smell comes. Keep it in a bowl or dish to cool.
  2. When all the ingredients cool down, grind them finely and make powder. Add salt and cumin powder and pulse again.
  3. Transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate.

“Heat a little ghee and mix! It’s good for health and tastes great with dosa and idli!” Chef Anahita added.
