Begin by marinating the chicken strips in soy sauce, black pepper, salt, red chili powder, rice flour and all purpose flour. Mix well and set aside. Now heat oil in a wok and fry the marinated chicken in it on medium heat till golden brown.

After this, heat oil in a pan on high flame. Add garlic and red chili paste and fry for 1-2 minutes. Add vinegar, soy sauce, ketchup and salt. Mix well. In a separate bowl, mix flour and water. Add it to the pan and cook till the sauce thickens. Add fried chicken strips and toss to mix. Add green onions and cashews on top of it. Dragon Chicken is ready!
