Egg Paniyaram: How to Make Egg Paniyaram

To begin with the recipe, crack 2-3 eggs in a bowl, and whisk well. Next, add the beaten eggs to the idli batter and mix again.

Heat some oil in a pan, add mustard seeds and wait for them to splutter. Once done, add chopped onions and green chillies. Fry for a minute or two.
