  • Once the chow mein is done, the next step is to prepare the spring roll sheets. Knead the dough with the help of maida and keep it aside.
  • Once done, take a small portion of the dough and roll it out to a thin sheet-like structure. Then, add the filling and roll the sheet into a cylindrical shape. Follow the same procedure with the remaining mixture.
  • After this, deep fry the rolls till they become crispy and golden. Enjoy with a spicy dip and mayonnaise to balance the flavor.
