If you have some leftover uttapam at home, you can use them to make this recipe. If you don’t have uttapam left, you have to prepare the batter first. For this recipe, all you need is some dosa/uttapam batter, oil, mint chutney, tamarind chutney, sev and some chopped onions. That’s all you need to do to prepare this treat at home. First prepare the batter of uttapam. Keep it aside for 15 minutes. For the batter, click here. Once done, take a spoonful of batter and make mini pancakes (or uttapam). Cook till crispy from both the sides.

Now pour the masala potato stuffing over all the uttapams. Pour mint chutney and tamarind chutney over it. Sprinkle some sev and spices.
