  • Mix everything well. Add spices like red chili powder, garam masala powder, turmeric and salt as required. Once the masala is ready, add the remaining sabzi and 2 tbsp pav bhaji masala.
  • When the bhaji reaches the ideal thick consistency, continue to mash the vegetables with a fork, adding water as required. If you like the taste of butter then add some chopped green chillies and 1 cube of butter and enjoy!
