Himachal Pradesh Board of Schools education (HPBOSE) is soon going to announce the Class 10 Exam Result 2022. As per the media reports, the result is likely to be declared in the coming week. HPBOSE 10th Result 2022 will be available on the official website- hpbose.org, once released.
Apart from the official website, HPBoSE 10th result 2022 will be available through SMS as well as on external sites including results.gov.in, indiaresults.com and examresults.net. Apart from this, candidates will also get all the updates on News18.com.
This year a total of 1.16 lakh students appeared in the Class 10 exam 2022, which was concluded on April 13. The minimum passing marks is 30 percent. Meanwhile, this year a total of 93.91 percent students passed the 12th examination successfully, before the 12th result was declared on June 18. Vani Gautam of Bilaspur has secured first position in Arts stream. He scored 494 marks or 98.8 percentile. She is a student of SVPM Government Model Senior Secondary School, Ghumarwin. Three students have topped in Science stream. Gagan Kumar, son of Kshitij of Hamirpur, Shagun Rana and Akshita Sharma of Kangra. All three have got 493 marks out of 500.
To pass the HP Board 12th exam, students need to score at least 33 percent marks in aggregate and in each subject. Students who are not satisfied with their result can opt for revaluation. Those who miss it by few marks will be given a chance to appear in compartment exam. However, those who fail the compartment exam will have to repeat the year.
In 2021, 116784 students had registered for the HPBoSE 10th exam, out of which 116286 passed. A total of 99.7 percent students passed the exam. This was the highest ever pass percentage for the HP Board. In 2020, 68.11 per cent students had passed the matriculation exam, while in 2019, the pass percentage was 60.79 per cent.
