IIM Lucknow in association with IMarticus Learning has launched its Global Senior Leadership Program to upgrade professional managers who have at least 5 years of professional experience and are looking to hold leadership positions in Finance, HR, Operations and Marketing functions are willing to achieve.
The objective of this program is to enable professional managers to gain the expertise needed to navigate the challenges in the field and gain proficiency in engaging with other CXOs within and outside the organization. The learning experience consists of two tracks, the first track includes training for core general management skills, and the second track prepares professionals for the skills needed to transition into the role of CFO or CMO or CHRO or COO.
Additionally, 11 masterclass sessions from existing CXOs will focus on helping enrollees learn about real-life applications of knowledge. The program includes a business simulation game where participants acquire marketing, operations, finance, human resources and decision-making skills for a general management role in international business operations.
