Lahore: After joining PTI-backed candidate, Parvez Elahi Former Prime Minister of the country, as Chief Minister of the Punjab province of Pakistan Imran Khan Elahi to immediately restore all social welfare programs initiated by the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) regime.
As reported by The Express Tribune, the PTI chief directed Elahi to include health insurance cards, shelter homes and langarkhana etc. to ensure citizens’ support for the general elections.
Speaking to the chief minister through a video link, Imran lamented that the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N)-led coalition government had suspended all public welfare schemes while in power and PTI’s strategies But had not paid attention.
