India accounts for 15% of Hyundai’s global sales: One of the biggest markets for the brand worldwide – Times of India

Hyundai Motor Company has revealed that it managed to sell 3,34,794 units worldwide in the month of August 2022, registering a year-on-year growth of 11.6 per cent as compared to 3,00,004 units sold in the same month last year. In the first 8 months of CY2022, Hyundai India 3,67,977 cars were sold in the country – accounting for 14.45% of Hyundai Motor’s global sales of 2,544,681 units during the same period.
As of now, Hyundai Motor India’s portfolio includes cars like Santro, Grand i10 Nios, i20, i20 N Line, Aura, Verna, Venue, Creta, Alcazar, Tucson, Kona Electric as well as Venue N Line. At an introductory starting price of Rs 12.16 Lakh (ex-showroom) in the Indian market before today.
