Former US President Donald Trump was heard defining America’s relationship with India with a new slogan.
“India and America are best friends,” Trump was heard saying in a leaked clip from the just-aired interview.
Trump’s latest pro-India phrase has sparked speculation about the former US president’s plans for the next presidential elections, in which he may run again.

Next year- in 2020- before the Covid-19 pandemic paralyzed the world, Trump was in India. He was also joined by Prime Minister Modi in Gujarat, where the two world leaders held a mega-roadshow at the Sardar Patel Stadium in Ahmedabad before the main event at the world’s largest cricket stadium, which was attended by lakhs of people.
