India vs South Africa, 3rd ODI: The final roll of the dice, the final lap towards the last match of the series which has lived up to the expectations in every aspect. The Indian team, which has young players, would like to douse the Proteas fire and move to six different Indian venues to play in the domestic T20 tournament. South Africa, on the other hand, has fielded the team with all their might and will now head for the World Cup after Tuesday’s final clash.
The men in blue and the kind of depth they have at the moment enabled them to send their big guns ahead of the World Cup. The Proteas team certainly doesn’t have that kind of luxury at the moment, but if they can manage to beat India and take the series at their home turf, before they enter the all-important T20Is, it will be worth the money. It would be a better world for them. The World Cup which will start from October 16, 2022. The stakes are high for Bavuma and his team, who will face New Zealand in the T20 World Cup warm-up match to be played in Brisbane.

Before the start of this series, the full-strength South African side might have wanted to beat India by a 3-0 margin. Indian team that misses its superstars like Virat KohliSuryakumar Yadav, Rohit Sharma, KL Rahul, and many others have shown great faith in their youth, and people like Ishaan Kishan and Shreyas Iyer have certainly lived up to it. Both the teams would like to finish their series on a high and move on with their next task. The next time India play an ODI, there will be some changes as teams across the world will focus their attention on the all-important 50 of the World Cup.
