Indian billionaires’ combined wealth grew 26% in FY12: Report – Times of India

NEW DELHI: The total number of billionaires in India rose to a record 166 in FY 2021-22, an increase of about 18.5 per cent over the previous year, a Forbes report showed on Tuesday.
The combined wealth of billionaires increased by nearly 26 percent to $750 billion, the report said. In addition, India’s top 10 richest people added a third more wealth than they did a year ago.
