Chicken Kofta Recipe: How to make Chicken Kofta Curry

In a mixing bowl, add minced chicken, onion, green chillies, garlic and coriander leaves. Mix it well and make balls of the mixture. Keep it in the fridge. After this, fry the onion and make a paste with curd.

Heat oil in a pan, add whole spices and ginger-garlic paste. Once the raw smell is gone, add brown paste and tomato puree. Add all spice powders except garam masala. Add a splash of water on low flame and fry for 2-3 minutes till oil separates. Add water and garam masala. Slide in the meatballs and cover the pan. Let the koftas cook for 20-25 minutes.
