You can either prepare the rice from scratch or use leftover rice for the dish. All you have to do is boil the rice well and cook it till it becomes soft. Once the rice is sufficiently cooked; Mash it to prepare a mixture of rice with little salt. Once the mixture is ready, make small balls out of the dough and spread with the help of flat surface of the rolling pin. Allow these Rolled Rice Papad to dry in the sun for at least a day.
