Indian Oil Corporation Limited has invited applications for recruitment to the post of Junior Engineering Assistant. Candidates can apply for four posts of Junior Engineering Assistant-IV (Production) with Chemical as one of the subjects.
Candidates will be selected on the basis of written test and skill/proficiency/physical test (SPPT). To be considered for the next stage, candidates need to secure a minimum of 40 percentile marks in the written test.
Shortlisted candidates after written test will be called for SPPT exam after which a category-wise final merit list will be prepared. On successful selection, candidates can get salary between Rs 25,000 to Rs 1,05,000.

Age: To be eligible to apply, the candidate must be between 18 to 26 years of age.
Education: As per the required educational qualification, candidates should have three years Diploma in Chemical/ Refinery and Petrochemical Engineering. Candidates having B.Sc degree in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or Industrial Chemistry with minimum 50% marks from a recognized university can also apply.
In addition, candidates must have a minimum of one year post qualification experience in the operation (rotating shift) of a pump house, fired heater, compressor, or distillation column in the required industry.
