British business magnate Richard Branson’s dream hotel is ready for which he struggled for more than 20 years to build. In 2002, after several years of fighting with the local authorities over planning permission on the northern coast of Mallorca, Branson sold the crumbling 16th-century building. However, in 2015, the Virgin Group head repurchased the property to assemble 1,300 forested acres along three miles of glittering coastline, Bloomberg reported. The construction of the ultra-luxurious project began in 2021 and after more than two decades Branson’s Son Bunyola has finally opened its doors to guests.
