Instagram launches guide to help students manage exam stress, read in-person classes

As students return to schools after a two-year hiatus, Instagram in collaboration with Fortis Healthcare has released a guide to help students study in school offline, prepare for exams in person and manage exam stress. has done. The guide will especially help the students appearing for the 10th and 12th board exams.

Titled ‘Readapt and Readjust: Back to the Classroom’, the guide focuses on study techniques to improve concentration, providing practical tips for students to manage study and exam priorities, learning strategies for coping with related stress triggers will focus.
