How to make Poha in Microwave | Quick and Easy Microwave Poha Recipe

To make poha healthy, add vegetables to it.

Wash the poha thoroughly to remove all excess water. Keep it aside, preferably on a sieve so that it can start drying a bit. If the poha is too wet then it will turn soggy. Meanwhile, in a microwave safe bowl, add oil, mustard seeds, curry leaves and chopped green chillies. Place this bowl in the microwave on high flame for about 2 minutes.

After this add chopped onions, turmeric and asafoetida and mix. Microwave the bowl for 2 minutes. Add this spice to the washed poha along with sugar and salt as per taste. Mix all the ingredients well and cook in the microwave on high for about 3 minutes. Pour lemon juice over the poha and mix it. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and enjoy hot!
