How to make Instant Poha Cutlets – How to make Instant Poha Cutlets:

First of all, wash the poha well and keep it to soak in water for 2-3 minutes. Drain the water and remove the remaining poha in a big shot. Now stitch the poha by hand and knead the dough.

After this, cut potatoes, green chilies, yellow chilies, coarse paste of ginger and green chilies, red chili powder, cumin powder, coarse coriander powder, garam masala, chaat masala, salt and rice flour. Insert (You can also add roasted peanut powder to add crunch).

Add fresh coriander – Now grease your hands with oil and mix everything together. Sprinkle sesame seeds when small lumps are visible. Heat some oil in a pan on medium heat and shallow fry the cutlets till they turn golden brown in color from both the sides. Instant Poha Cutlets are ready!
