IPU CET 2022 registration starts @ ipu.ac.in; Apply here – Times of India

Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (IPU) has released a notification for the Common Entrance Test 2022 on its official website. Candidates should note that the admission brochure for admission to the MBA CET Code 101 program has been issued separately, and; Details are available on the University website.

Interested and eligible candidates may apply online through official website – http://ipu.ac.in/ till 30th April, 2022.

Candidates can apply for various undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral programs in IPU by paying Rs 1200 as application fee. Selection will be done on the basis of candidate’s merit in IPU CET.

GGSIPU CET 2022 will be conducted tentatively in the last week of April 2022, however, the exact last dates and details of Common Entrance Tests will be notified later by CET CELL, Examination Branch, GGSIPU.

All applicants must appear in the appropriate national level test / CET for admission.

The final detailed seats as per the last sanctioned admission in each of the affiliated colleges/institutions as well as in various University Schools of Studies will be notified at the time of commencement of online counselling. Fee structure will also be notified once again at the time of commencement of counselling.

All admissions to the University will be provisional till regularized by the University.

The candidate will have to produce documentary proof of having appeared in the last semester/year of the qualifying examination at the time of reporting at the allotted University School/College/Institute.

Applicants should keep a printout of the CET application form as a proof of identity of the candidate at the time of counseling for admission. All the candidates are further advised to check the basic eligibility for NATA 2022 on the official website of Council of Architecture (http://www.coa.gov.in).

Candidates are advised to keep a copy of their NATA score/result card with them for future reference.

Scheme of Tests (Except National Level Test Based Admission):

1. The test paper will consist of a total of 100 objective type questions for all CETs. Four alternative answers to each question will be marked as (1), (2), (3) and (4).

2. Each multiple choice question will be of four marks. There will be negative marking for wrong answers. One mark will be deducted for each wrong answer.

3. The written test will be of two and a half hours duration and will be of 400 marks.

4. The medium of test shall be English only, except for B.Ed for which the examination shall be in English and Hindi;

5. Re-examination will not be conducted by the University under any circumstances for those who are unable to appear for the examination on the scheduled date due to any reason. No refund of fee is allowed.

National Level Test Based Admission

The University will not conduct any CET except for MBA and MCA programmes, all the candidates mentioned in Chapter 1 will have to appear in the appropriate national level examinations.
