Iran submits ‘written response’ to nuclear deal talks – Times of India

DUBAI, United Arab Emirates: Iran said on Tuesday that it has submitted a “written response” with world powers in what it described as the final roadmap to restore its broken nuclear deal.
Iran’s state-run IRNA news agency gave no details on the essence of its response, but suggested that Tehran There will still be no EU arbitration proposal to be taken up, despite warnings that there will be no further talks.
“The difference is on three issues, with the United States expressing its verbal flexibility in two respects, but this should be included in the text,” the IRNA report said. “The third issue concerns the guarantee of continuity of (the deal), which depends on the realism of the United States.”
Tehran under a fanatical president Ibrahim Raisi Has repeatedly tried to blame Washington for the delay in reaching an agreement. The deadline for Iran’s response was reported on Monday.
there was no immediate acknowledgment from The European Union that Iran presented its response. The EU has been intermittent in indirect negotiations.
from Washington, state Department Spokesman Ned Price said the US would share its response to the EU.
“We agree, however, with the (EU’s) fundamental point, and that is that what can be negotiated has been negotiated,” Price said.
He said Iran was making “unacceptable demands” by going beyond the text of the 2015 nuclear deal, in which Iran substantially limits its enrichment of uranium in exchange for lifting economic sanctions.
“If Iran wants to lift these sanctions, they will have to change their underlying conduct,” Price said. “They will need to replace the dangerous activities that led to these restrictions in the first place.”
