Of the 36 posts, seven posts will be at the board level and the remaining 29 posts will be at the general manager (GM) level. “There will be no departmental quota. Further, there shall be no open-line versus non-open-line distinction for posting as GM,” the notification said.
The Railways will also introduce 360 ​​degree evaluation while empanelment of officers as is being done in the case of IAS. IPS And Indian Foreign Service Officer.
