Irrfan Khan’s son Babil shares glimpse of night shoot

Mumbai (Maharashtra) [India]May 19 (ANI): Irrfan Khan’s son Babil, who is currently shooting for his next big project, on Friday shared a glimpse of the night’s shoot.

Babil shared pictures and videos of the team’s sleep on Instagram Story and revealed the reason why he is capturing these moments.

In the first picture, the crew of the film can be seen sleeping on a sofa.

Sharing the picture, he wrote, “Don’t we love night shoots?”

He also shared a video from the sets and captioned it, “Honestly I am making this video so that I don’t faint.”

Babil made his acting debut last year with Netflix’s ‘Kala’.

Set in the late 1930s and early 1940s, ‘Kala’ is the story of a famous young playback singer. The film is about Kala’s tragic past and the ways in which it grips her, leading her to the pinnacle of her hard-earned success. But the beginning and end of his spiral is his relationship with his mother, the distortion of his parenting, and the neurosis that results from it.

Babil’s performance in Kaala was well received by the audience.

Babil is all set to appear in YRF’s The Railway Men and has other exciting projects lined up which are yet to be announced.

With ‘The Railway Men’, the makers will pay tribute to the heroes of Bhopal who saved thousands of lives when crisis hit the city 37 years ago.

Late at night on December 2, 1984, methyl isocyanate gas leaked from a pesticide factory owned by the American Union Carbide Corporation. It is reported that more than half a million people were poisoned that night and the official death toll exceeds 5,000. Thousands of survivors have said that they, their children and grandchildren suffer chronic health problems such as cancer, blindness, respiratory, immune and neurological problems as a result of the leak.

R. Madhavan, KK Menon and Divyendu Sharma are also a part of the project. (ANI)
