IT-BPM sector to add 3.75 lakh jobs in FY 2012: TeamLease

The study further revealed that this year’s job loss rate is the highest in the history of the IT-BPM industry. The contract staffing attrition is expected to increase to 49% in FY22 from 40% in the previous FY.
