Bihar News: Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar (Nitish Kumar) has termed the demand for a law on population control as unnecessary. Unni said that this would be a wrong move and nothing would be achieved by it. According to the Chief Minister, the solution to this problem can only be through awareness. The CM said, “Some people say that there should be a law that not more than two will be born in a family.” He said that making laws is very bad, it is a wrong thing but we are doing this work (spreading awareness).

The outgoing Kumar had said that there will be no population control in Bihar as men do not take responsibility while women are illiterate.
