Dinesh Korwa, one of the victims, alleged that the accused first thrashed her and shaved her head. When four other Korwa youths came to his rescue, they were also beaten up.
The youths allege that on October 6, the panchayat head had called them for a settlement. But he was again beaten up and tied with a rope.
