‘Jo Kaha, So Kiya’: 100-day milestone of Yogi Sarkar 2.0 to focus on free ration and fearless action

“Who said, did it” (We fulfilled what we promised) is the subject of the Yogi Adityanath government on completing 100 days in its second term on Monday, July 4.

On this occasion, the UP government will emphasize on two big decisions taken in the last 100 days in relation to giving free ration to 15 crore poor people of the state and a strong campaign against criminals and 62 mafia and confiscation of assets worth Rs 844 crore. . , News18 has learned.

The Yogi government will also consider its move to remove around 75,000 loudspeakers from religious places without any protest to emphasize the constructive message being sent among the people. The government will also refer to the BJP’s big Lok Sabha bypoll victories in Azamgarh and Rampur as a vote of confidence in favor of the state government’s policies.

Other major achievements of the state government include launching of investment projects worth Rs 80,000 crore during the foundation laying ceremony by the Prime Minister, completion of work on Bundelkhand Expressway and ongoing work on Ganga Expressway and airports at Jewar. Connecting Ayodhya as well as Varanasi and Gorakhpur with flights to 15 and nine cities respectively.

The state government has paid more than Rs 12,000 crore to sugarcane farmers in the last 100 days, taking the total payment since 2017 to a record Rs 1.77 lakh crore. The state budget has almost doubled in the last six years to Rs 6.15 lakh crore in 2022-23.

The state government will also cite the complete vaccination of 16 crore people against Kovid-19 in the state and the total 34 crore doses being given so far. It will also be mentioned that there has been a huge increase in the revenue of the state in the last 100 days which has made the target of ‘one trillion dollar economy’ in the next five years even more realistic.

UP will also cite a budget of Rs 3300 crore for giving two free cylinders on Holi and Diwali to the beneficiaries of PM Ujjwala scheme in UP. The state will also cite the success of its ODOP (One District One Product) scheme and the gifting of ODOP items from UP to the Prime Minister at the recent G-7 summit.
