Washington:
US President Joe Biden said on Wednesday that he “intends to run again” for a second term, but that he would certainly make a decision “early next year”.
“We intend to run again,” he said, referring to his wife, Jill.
Speaking after the midterm elections, in which his Democratic Party recorded a surprisingly strong performance, he said, “Whatever the outcome of this election, it is our intention.
“We will make that decision early next year.”
