After her whirlwind and short-lived romance with hip-hop artist Kanye West, actress and model Julia Fox is back to work. The Italian-American model debuted LaQuan Smith’s Fall 2022 runway show at New York Fashion Week. Julia showed off her sexy look on the runway wearing the Ultimate Revenge Dress. The 32-year-old wore a slim, skin-tight black gown with long sleeves, a high neckline, and lush cutouts on the middle, chest, and back that hugged her body. She completed her look with chunky silver arm cuffs and earrings and red eyeshadow. Julia kept the look sleek with back hair and a nude shade of lip color.
Julia shared her photos from the runway on Instagram and added in the caption, “What an honor. I always wondered what it would be like to walk down the runway. I would never have imagined opening an entire MF show. For the moment Thanks to Laquan Smith Mel Ottenberg, Kylie Bryan and the rest of the team. Face beat by Sheika Daly, hair cut by Lacey Redway.”
Speaking to WWD, Smith said, “Julia has been my girl since day one. Julia has supported me a lot since my early days. She always comes to me with a dirty catsuit for a night on the town And it just kind of felt pressured and giddy and I was like, ‘Let’s just do it.’ It’s not far-fetched. People expect Laquan Smith to be on the show, for a kind of weird moment, for a little bit of excitement.” Smith said, “I was like now is the right time to do it, Let’s just throw it there. She looks incredible, and I think I want to have fun with it.
Julia’s latest outing on the runway was her first since her breakup with Ye, formerly known as Kanye West. After separating from Kim Kardashian, he started seeing Julia. The couple made their relationship public at a couture show in Paris, where they walked hand-in-hand in Canadian tuxedos. He was also present at Julia’s 32nd birthday in New York on February 2 and gifted her and her friends Birkin bags.
Earlier this week, Fox and the Yeezy fashion designer broke up as they continued to talk about estranged wife Kim’s relationship with comedian Pete Davidson on social media.
