Kalyan: A Petrol pump A case has been registered against the owner for duping a widow of Rs 20 lakh in Kalyan.

In his complaint, Poornima Mishra (44), a resident of Kalyan (East), told that her husband Vedprakash Mishra had partnered with accused Arjun Upadhyay and another partner in the petrol pump business in the name of Om Sai Auto Situated in Dombivali and all three had profit-sharing in business.
Mishra has alleged that after her husband’s death in January 2012, Arjun forged a forged no-objection certificate in her name as he is the legal heir. He then presented it to the manager of the bank in which the company had an account and transferred over Rs 20 lakh to his bank account.
An officer of the Kolsevadi police station said, “When the woman came to know about the transaction, she contacted the bank manager and on enquiry, a forged NOC was submitted by Arjun and acting on the same, he registered a case. did.”
Police said a case has been registered against Arjun under sections 420 (chatting) and 406 (punishment for criminal breach of trust) of the Indian Penal Code and further investigation is on.
