Kannada actor Darshan hit with slipper during Kranti promotions, Shiva Rajkumar condemns attack

Kannada film actor Darshan Thoogudeepa got hurt by a slipper while promoting his upcoming film Kranti in Hosapete, Karnataka. Hundreds of Punit Rajkumar’s fans gathered at the event on Sunday evening to launch a song from the film. An unknown person in the crowd threw slippers at him. A video of the incident went viral, in which the actor is shown standing on a stage, when suddenly a sandal impinges on his shoulder. Police personnel immediately surrounded the darshan after the attack.

When actress Rachita Ram was giving a speech, a miscreant threw slippers at Darshan. To pacify the fans in the gathering, the actor said, “It’s not your fault brother.
