The actress also attached a heartfelt note in the caption as a birthday wish. She said, “We always eat pizza in bed. Nothing is more fun than that big brother. We love you so much our precious boy, Kiaan. Happy birthday dear heart,” along with a heart and balloon emoji. He tagged Karisma Kapoor and added some hashtags “son of lolo“and” birthday boy.

Kareena Kapoor is a pizza addict. Women usually crave pickles or sour things during pregnancy, however, it was different for them.
