Kashmiri man kidnapped in property dispute, police swung into action as soon as information was received

Due to a dispute of Rs 55 lakh, a Kashmiri was abducted by two Kashmiris from Delhi’s Kashmiri Gate area. As soon as the information about the incident was received, the police swung into action and within 6 hours, Punjab arrested the victims and released them.

According to North Delhi DCP Sagar Singh Kalsi, on February 2, a person called from Kashmir to inform that his brother-in-law Tarikh had been abducted by someone from Kashmere Gate area.

In the investigation, it was found that 2 people were forcing a person to sit in a Swift car near a store agency. On further investigation, it was found that the vehicle had gone to Punjab via GT Karna Road.

The Delhi Police immediately informed the Punjab Police, after which the Delhi Police and the Punjab Police jointly arrested both the companies from Phagwara in Punjab and released the victims. Were going to Kashmir with him.

During interrogation of Dashak Nishar Ahmed and Imtiaz Ahmed, it was found that their business was acting. The victims had taken a loan of Rs 55 lakh from Nishan, which was not repaid. To execute the incident, the driver of the taxi hired at risk was told that he was a police officer. All are residents of Budgam.
