Uma Thomas, the UDF candidate and Thomas’ wife, said PT is Trikkakara’s pride and Vijayan must have made a mistake by making such an “unfortunate” remark. Meanwhile, the LDF leaders justified the CM’s statements and said that the UDF leaders were changing it for political gains. Industries Minister P Rajeev said the CM was referring to the fact that Thrikkakara could have voted in favor of the LDF in the 2021 assembly elections when it won 99 seats.
