Kerala HC allows Swapna Suresh, Sarit PS. dismissed the anticipatory bail application of

Kerala High Court has rejected the anticipatory bail pleas of Kerala gold smuggling case accused Swapna Suresh and Sarit PS in a case registered for allegedly spreading false information on a complaint by former minister KT Jaleel.

Justice Viju Abraham dismissed the petition after recording the submission of the public prosecutor that Sarit was not even implicated in the crime, hence the anticipatory bail plea was not maintainable.
