Kisi ki bhai kisi ki jaan Eid 2023 is a feast for all Salman Khan fan. Bollywood superstars have time and again delivered blockbuster movies on the occasion of Eid and this year is no different. The film which has been in limelight for its thrilling star cast and power packed trailer, Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan’s advance bookings opened on Monday and received a lukewarm response. While it was expected to go houseful, as per trade reports, the film is witnessing a sluggish business. Directed by Fahadh Samji, the film is set to hit the theaters on April 21.
Trade reports claimed that Kisi Ka Bhai is doing better than Kisi Ki Jaan Bhola and Tu Jhoothi Main Makkar, but is not able to match Salman Khan’s other blockbusters. Reportedly, KBKJ surpassed the sales of over 50,000 tickets.
Salman Khan is all set to return to the big screen after four years in a lead role. During the trailer launch of Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan, the superstar said that the film is a complete package with elements like action, romance and family drama.
Salman Khan also appeared in a funny vein during the launch and reacted teasingly to director Farhad Samji’s praise for him. The director said, “People may find superstars to work with, but Salman is the lucky one.”
To this, Salman quipped, “Agar yeh picture nahi chali toh pura bill mere pe fatega aur woh kahenge, ‘Ye hi hai aadmi jis reza se picture nahi chali’. The original script is still with me.” Will say that it is my fault. I still have the original script and it has been changed).
Salman Khan’s Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan also stars veteran Telugu stars Venkatesh, Pooja Hegde, Jagapathi Babu, Bhumika Chawla, Vijender Singh, Raghav Juyal, Siddharth Nigam, Jassi Gill, Shehnaaz Gill, Palak Tiwari and Vinali Bhatnagar.
