Indian cricketer KL Rahul and actor Athiya Shetty tied the knot in an intimate wedding ceremony at Suniel Shetty’s farmhouse in Khandala on January 23.
Indian cricketer KL Rahul and actor Athiya Shetty got married on January 23 at Suniel Shetty’s farmhouse in Khandala. Celebrating their big day surrounded by close family and friends, the couple shared dreamy photos from their wedding ceremony wearing pretty pastels.
Athiya looked stunning in a pastel pink lehenga designed by ace fashion designer Anamika Khanna. The designer congratulated the couple on Instagram and wrote: Congratulations to the couple @athiyashetty and @klrahul (sic).
The floral lehenga set had intricate embroidery and embellishments complementing the beautiful bride. Styled by celebrity stylist Ami Patel, tone-on-tone embroidery enhanced her outfit which featured a full sleeve blouse, lehenga skirt and two dupattas, one wrapped around her dress and one placed over her head Was. The happy bride was accessorised with a big polki necklace, maang tikka and earrings. Like the stars in her eyes, her buds too as the couple took turns.
Complementing his beautiful bride, KL Rahul looked dapper in an ivory sherwani paired with kurta and embroidered stole/shawl with motifs. Both carried their respective outfits with gusto. KL Rahul also wore multiple beaded long necklace. A perfect mix of ivory and pink, the color palette felt like an extension of her personality.

Set amidst the picturesque landscape of Khandala, the couple took to Instagram and shared a heartfelt message, After the wedding, they wrote: In your light, I learn to love…” Today, with our most loved ones, we got married The home that has given us immense happiness and peace. With hearts full of gratitude and love, we seek your blessings on this journey of togetherness. (sic).”
Bride’s father Sunil Shetty made a fashion statement in his inimitable style. In true ‘Anna’ style, the actor was dressed in a beige lungi and matching kurta shirt. She accessorised with multiple beaded chains. His father was accompanied by son and Athiya’s brother Ahan Shetty looking stylish and humble. The actor chose an Abu Jani Sandeep Khosla sherwani and was accompanied by his father to address the media and distribute sweets.
Accompanying the couple on this special day were Diana Penty, Krishna Shroff, Anushka Ranjan, Aditya Seal, JP Dutta, Ishant Sharma to name a few.
