Lalit Modi posted on Instagram on Friday to tell his followers that his Kovid test has come positive. He also attached several photographs to corroborate his claims.

Finally landed via air ambulance with two doctors and superstar super efficient son who did a lot for me in London. The flight was smooth. Unfortunately still on external oxygen 24/7. Thank you everyone at @vistajet for going the extra mile. I am very thankful to all. love to all. Big hug.” She wrote.

In July 2022, Lalit announced his relationship with Sushmita. He made the revelation in a note and a series of photos on Instagram. He called Sushmita his ‘better half’. He had also changed his Instagram profile photo, which was with Sushmita, and his bio, which had a line about her. A few months later, Lalit had removed his Instagram profile photo with Sushmita and changed his bio as well, fueling breakup rumours.
