First of all, take coriander seeds, one clove, ginger, garlic, fenugreek seeds, cumin seeds, dry red chili, black pepper and one bay leaf and fry them lightly. Once done, blend it and keep aside. Now take a pan and put some oil in it and put onion in it. When they become translucent, add tomatoes and cook till they become soft. Next, add some salt to the mixed spices. Lastly add paneer cubes. Mix well, adjust spices and enjoy!
