LIC PAN Card Link for IPO: Life Insurance Corporation of India or LIC of India has filed Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) with SEBI (Securities and Exchange Board of India) and Indian primary market is eagerly awaiting SEBI’s approval to LIC IPO. As per LIC IPO DRHP, 35 percent of the shares will be reserved for retail investors, 10 percent for LIC policyholders and 5 percent for LIC employees. However, to claim the 10 per cent quota benefit, one has to link one’s LIC policy with one’s PAN card and purchase the policy on or before February 13, 2022. Those whose LIC policy is not linked with its PAN, they have to link their PAN with LIC policy by the end of February. The deadline for linking PAN with LIC policy for IPO quota is 28 February 2022. Failure to do so, the policyholder will not be able to apply under the policyholders category.

LIC Policy PAN Link: How To Check Online

LIC policyholders can check online whether one’s LIC policy is linked to his/her PAN or not. They need to login directly to LIC of India link – linkpan.licindia.in/UIDSeedingWebApp/getPolicyPANStatus And follow the step-by-step guide below:

1]Login to the direct link of LIC of India – linkpan.licindia.in/UIDSeedingWebApp/getPolicyPANStatus:

2]Enter you LIC policy number in the space provided;

3]Enter your date of birth;

4]Enter PAN card details;

5]Enter the captcha; And

6]Click on the ‘Submit’ option.

Your LIC policy and PAN link status will be displayed on the computer monitor or screen of your cell phone.

In case your PAN is not linked with your LIC policy, then go to the option ‘Click here to register your PAN with us’. After clicking there you will be redirected to a new web page where you have to fill the form and link your life insurance policy with your PAN card.

How to link PAN with LIC policy for IPO

In order to link one’s LIC policy with PAN, one needs to log on to the LIC of India direct link – linkpan.licindia.in/UIDSeedingWebApp/home? And follow the step-by-step guide below:

1]Login to the direct link of LIC of India – linkpan.licindia.in/UIDSeedingWebApp/home?;

2]Enter your date of birth as mentioned in your PAN card;

3]Click on Gender option;

4]Enter your email id;

5]Enter your PAN details;

6]Enter full name as per PAN;

7]Enter your mobile number;

8]Enter the policy number;

9]Enter the captcha and click on the option ‘Get OTP’;

10]OTP will be sent to your given mobile number;

11]Send OTP Submit; And

12]’Your PAN LIC Policy Link Request Accepted’ will appear on the computer monitor or cell phone monitor.
