Lilly Singh can make everything possible. He recently gave supermodel Hailey Bieber a Bollywood Sing. No, we are not kidding. The Indian-origin YouTuber will soon be seen on Hailey’s talk show and it was during the shooting of the episode when Lilly got the idea to teach Hailey some Bollywood moves. They shared a stunning reel of the pair in Hrithik Roshan’s evergreen hit Kaho Naa Pyaar Hai, leaving the desi internet in awe.
Dressed in an oversized leather jacket and matching trousers, the reel begins with Lilly Singh lip-syncing to the track, until Hailey enters during the hook step. The two then mimic Hrithik Roshan’s iconic shimmer move as the camera captures the happy moment together. Sharing the video, Lilly Singh wrote, “When you make a new friend… but they also happen to be a cool model like Hi Hailey Bieber. PS: It was a blast shooting for your show and becoming your new favorite Canadian.” ”
The desi internet couldn’t be happier to see an international celebrity dancing to the tunes of a Bollywood number. “This wins the internet today,” commented one user, while another requested, “Petition for Lily to make every celebrity dance to famous Bollywood moves.”
This is not the first time Lilly Singh has made international celebs dance to Indian tunes. Last year, a YouTuber shared a video of Drew Barrymore’s grooming Akshay Kumar And Shilpa Shetty’s chura ke dil mera from Main Khiladi Tu Anari. The video was recorded when Singh was shooting an interview for The Drew Barrymore Show. “Finally met Drew Barrymore and she stole my heart. Plus, didn’t she nail it?! Ugh. A queen,” wrote Lilly Singh, sharing a glimpse of their bizarre dance banter.
On the other hand, if we talk about the title track of Kaho Naa Pyaar Hai, it was sung by Udit Narayan and Alka Yagnik. Composed by Rajesh Roshan, the song’s music video depicts the romance of Hrithik Roshan and Ameesha Patel as they are stranded on an uncharted island. The success of Kaho Naa Pyaar Hai, which marked Hrithik Roshan’s Bollywood debut, made him an overnight sensation.
