Royal Challengers (RCB) won the toss and elected to bat after their maiden innings against Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) in their opening match of the UAE-League of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2021 at the Sheikh Zayed Stadium. . All the RCB batsmen first failed to perform like the fast bowlers of KKR and then mystery spinner Varun Chakraborty did not allow the batsmen to fire. Chakraborty finished his four overs with figures of 3/13, Russell also took three wickets and besides him Lockie Ferguson took two and the famous Krishna got one. Now all eyes are on KKR’s batsmen as to how they will chase down this low target. (live scorecard)
