Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao will leave for Mumbai on Sunday morning to meet his counterpart and Shiv Sena chief Uddhav Thackeray as part of his plan to put together a non-Congress, non-BJP federal front ahead of the 2024 Lok Sabha elections.
