Lokayukta dismisses petition against Kerala Higher Education Minister

With the help of the Chancellor, reappointments were made as per the wishes of the government. But there has been no misuse of his position as minister, the order said.

“In the light of the above discussion, we hold that there is no legal or factual basis for the allegations leveled against the third respondent (R Bindu) and their investigation by this Court under Section 9 of the Kerala Lokayukta Act is not warranted. 15.
