The Regional Meteorological Center (RMC), Chennai has said that the low pressure area (LPA) over the Bay of Bengal is likely to cross the coast and move west-northwestwards over Tamil Nadu, Puducherry and Kerala on Saturday. Thereafter, it will emerge as LPA or Upper Air Circulation over southeast and adjoining east-central Arabian Sea on Sunday.
