Lulu Group’s upcoming Lucknow mall leases 6 lakh sq ft

New Delhi: The Lulu Group on Thursday said it has leased nearly 6 lakh square feet of space within its upcoming Lulu Mall in Lucknow, which is set to open its doors to buyers in the coming month.

The developer said on Thursday that the project has over 200 national and international brands covering an area of ​​over two million square feet. More than 84% of the mall’s retail space has been leased out so far, the developer said on Thursday.

The mall has housed brands like Lulu Hypermarket, Decathlon, Starbucks, Nykaa Lux, Kalyan Jewellers, Costa Coffee and Chillies among others.

An 11-screen PVR Super-Plex will be launched later this year. The mall has 15 fine dining restaurants and cafes, and a food court with a seating capacity of 1600 people.

“We have leased around 6 lakh square feet of space in our upcoming mall in Lucknow. Lulu Lucknow will be our fifth mall in India. Lulu Lucknow is the largest mall by group in India. Other malls of Lulu Group are located in Kochi, Thrissur, Trivandrum and Bangalore.
