“The future of themed homes is booming. India themed homes are poised for strong growth in the new year based on this year’s positive sentiment drivers,” said Lincoln Bennett Rodrigues, President and Founder of The Bennett & Barnard Company ”

“Given the favorable economic conditions, the demand for themed homes will increase and they will continue to grow rapidly in the years to come. Going forward, these will become a popular choice among home buyers,” he added.

He further added, “We have delivered over 50 units in the recent past and will be delivering around 100 units in the next 1-2 years.”

In Goa, developers are focusing on eco-friendly development to appeal to young investors and second home owners. Buyers include business owners, HNIs and NRIs from Mumbai, Bengaluru and Delhi.
