Macfos IPO: GMP last day to bid today, subscription status details here

Since opening on Friday, February 17, 2023, the initial public offer (IPO) of Macfos Ltd has seen strong demand from retail investors. The last day to bid for the three-day initial share sale is Tuesday, February 21, 2023. The price band of the issue has been fixed since 96 102 per share. IPO aims to raise about 23.75 crore with NII quota of 15%, QIB of 50% and retail quota of 35%.

Monday as Day 2, macfos ipo 40.26 was subscribed with 93.42 times from retail buyers, 2.60 times from QIB buyers and 55.49 times from NII buyers, as per BSE data.

The finalization of the basis of share allotment is expected to take place on February 24, 2023 and the crediting of shares in demat, if allotted, would be done on February 28, 2023. BigShare Services Private Limited is the Registrar to the Issue.

The Macfos IPO is an SME issue consisting of 2,328,000 equity shares of face value. 10 overall 24 crores. The Offer comprises an Offer for Sale (OFS) by the Selling Shareholders. Atul Maruti Dambre, Binod Prasad and Nileshkumar Purushottam Chavan are the promoters of the company.
